Adult Edition of THE GREATEST PIRATE STORY NEVER TOLD to Open 12/5 at Snapple Theater Center

Off Sides Entertainment Inc. has announced that after highly successful runs at Planet Connections Theatre Festivity (garnering 10 award nominations, including Best Musical) and the Crown and Anchor Theatre in Provincetown, MA, an open-ended run of Christopher Leidenfrost's new half-scripted/half-improvised musical comedy, THE GREATEST PIRATE STORY NEVER TOLD! Rated Arrrrrrr! will run at the Snapple Theater Center on Broadway. The production is now in previews and will officially open on Thursday, December 5th at 8:00 p.m. The adult "Rated ARRRRRRR!" show will play Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. and a specifically family-friendly version will run on Saturdays at 11AM. THE GREATEST PIRATE STORY NEVER TOLD! Rated Arrrrrrr! is a farcical, musical adventure with the audience at the Helm! Captain Henry Martin and his crew of misfit pirates have been flung in to the future by a befuddled sea witch, and their only chance of returning home is performing the greatest pirate epic ever seen on stage! But when their script is torn asunder, these pirates-turned-players are forced to improvise their show as it unfolds, based upon the audience's suggestions. Double entendres, thrilling swordfights, and raucous, improvised musical numbers abound in madcap musical comedy!

The cast of THE GREATEST PIRATE STORY NEVER TOLD! Rated Arrrrrrrr! features David Anthony, Rebeca Diaz, Christopher Leidenfrost, Risa Petrone, Kevin Maphis, and Dan Pivovar (who won Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for his performance at Planet Connections).
