'Providence' Limited Engagement Begins Feb.7 at The View

Maieutic Theatre Works (MTWorks) is pleased to announce the world premiere production of Providence, directed by Ian Crawford. Providence will play a 3-week limited engagement at Off-Off-Broadway's The View Theatre at the Roy Arias Theatre Center (300 West 43rd St, 3rd Floor). Performances begin Thursday, February 7 and continue through Sunday, February 24. Opening Night is Saturday, February 9 (8 p.m.).

A press release reads: "Every step you take could change your life forever. As the past and present unfold, two lost souls, searching for answers to a common tragedy, find each other. Maybe it was Providence that brought them together? Mark and Neil are thrust together by the shared grief from the loss of a loved ones, who died in a tragic plane crash destined for Providence.  As they confront their sorrow, they learn despite their differences, to respect and appreciate their commonality."

The production features scenic design by Craig M. Napoliello, costume design by Angela Curcuru, and lighting design by Rebecca Makus. Duncan Cutler is the sound engineer and Ashley Kosier is the stage manager.

Providence plays the following regular schedule through Sunday, February 24 Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
