Photo Flash: New Musical FREEDOM'S SONG in Rehearsal
A staged reading of the new musical Freedom's Song will be presented June 9 at 9 PM at the Tada Theatre on 28th and Broadway in Manhattan. Check out rehearsal photos below!
Written by Alison Holman and Caleb Collins, the reading is part of The Emerging Artists Theatre's New Works Festival.
Directed by Steven Carl McCasland, the cast will be led by Jennifer Hope Wills, Rod Singleton, Dwayne Washington, Siobhan Roland, Trevor McQueen, Matthew Martin, Jeffery Wilsor and MJ Rodriguez.
The ensemble includes Brian Childers, Joya Richmond, Kimberly Faye Greenberg, Tiffany Renee Thompson, Tim Hein, Elora Dannon Rosch, Yvette Bedgood, Sydney Van Putten Geovonday Zachary Jones, TJ Bolden, Lawrence Neals, Daniel Walstad, Abigail Ludrof, Danny Wilfred, Lynda DeFuria, Chauncey Packer, Kayla Leacock and Tatiana Wechsler.
The evening will also feature musical direction by Collins and Holman.
