Ugo Chukwu and Donaldo Prescod star as Lincoln and Booth, two presciently named, African American brothers, attempting to find their version of the American Dream in Suzan-Lori Parks' TOPDOG/UNDERDOG.

With few resources available, the brothers try to do right by each other and their values while weighing the cost of honest work with a life of card hustling.

Staged in Chinatown Soup's intimate performance space and reminiscent of a city apartment, this revival joins an important political conversation about the marginalization of minorities -- the production will open right after Election Day.

This revival is directed by Molly Marinik. Design team includes Daisy Long (lighting design), Sarafina Bush (costume design), Pei-Wen Haung-Shea (scenic design), and Eben Hoffer (sound design).

TOPDOG/UNDERDOG plays 8 performances from November 10-19 at Chinatown Soup, 16B Orchard Street just north of Canal Street. Tickets are $18. For performance schedule and information visit www.tdud.nyc.
