Horse Trade Theater Group will present a Grayce Productions Revival of VICE GIRL CONFIDENTIAL by Todd Michael, Directed by Walter J. Hoffman. Previews begin November 5th with an official opening of November 7th. The play will  conclude on November 16th.

An expose not for the faint of heart, VICE GIRL CONFIDENTIAL uncovers the grime and grit plaguing the seedy streets of 1950s Gotham. Only one man, D.A. Walter Slade, can stand up to vice-racket kingpin Duke Craigie that is, if he can shake off his yen for Stella Fontaine, the madam of New York's most infamous brothel.

VICE GIRL CONFIDENTIAL originally premiered in the 10th Annual FringeNYC at the Cherry Lane Theatre Annex. It not only earned a FringeNYC Award for Outstanding Acting Ensemble, but sold-out its run and received rave reviews. NYTheatre.com described the production as smart, laugh-inducing, and perfect, while Talking Broadway called Michael's 'crackling way with words' a 'true pleasure'.

The production, produced by Horse Trade Theater Group and Grayce Productions, will play at UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place) November 5-8 & November 13-15 at 8pm, November 9 & 16 at 7pm. Tickets ($18) are available by calling Smarttix at 212-868-4444 or online at www.horseTRADE.info

VICE GIRL CONFIDENTIAL features Jeff Auer, Emily King Brown*, Thom Brown, Courtney Cook, Matthew F. Garner, Lawrence Lesher, Zach Lombardo, Jessica Luck, and Todd Michael.

VICE GIRL CONFIDENTIAL is Grayce Productions third play with Horse Trade Theater Group. Their last production with Horse Trade, Michael's SAY YOUR PRAYERS, MUG!, was a Backstage Critic's Pick, with A.J. Mell comparing the play to the work of Charles Ludlam's Ridiculous Theatrical Company. Martin Denton of NYtheatre.com also observed 'it would be tough not to have a good time at this show.'

Most recently, Grayce Productions appeared at the Barrow Street Theatre in the 12th Annual FringeNYC with Michael's parody-within-a-parody, TOUGH GUYS DON'T SHOOT BLANKS, where it garnered enthusiastic notices. Time Out New York gave the show 4-out-of 5 stars, calling the production 'one hell of a fun, funny show, and Curtain Up dubbed the show a 'criminally delightful send-up.'

Founded in 2001, Grayce Productions exclusively presents parodies and satires of 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s film, theater, and television. Other past productions include Psycho Sorority Girl (Red Room, 2002), The Poverty Row Double Horror Show (Red Room, 2003), Bad Dames Go To Hell! (Red Room, 2004), Damaged Dames (UNDER St. Marks, 2005), The Greatest B-Movie Ever Told (FringeNYC, 2005), and The Adventures of Jock Jupiter (Red Room, 2006).
