Adapted and directed by Chain Theatre's Managing Director Greg Cicchino, the holiday classic IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE, RADIO SHOW, is staged in the style of a 1940s radio program.

Players perform the story as a Christmas Eve broadcast complete with a trio underscoring the script with Christmas carols and a foley sound station bringing the characters footsteps and movements to life before your eyes. This holiday classic returns to Long Island City as a tradition in the Chain Theatre's yearly programming.

Come join us as we journey with George Bailey to find out what happens when he makes a wish "that he never was born." Learn how to lasso the moon, make a wish at the old Garnville house, and dream about a life abroad in exotic places and the adventure that awaits us when we see how rich we truly are in life.

It's A Wonderful Life is great for all ages. Chain Theatre's Artistic Director KIRK GOSTKOWSKI will be returning to lead the cast as George Bailey. He will be joined by fellow veterans Nick Fondulis* as Clarence, Alexandra Kopko as Mary Bailey and Patrick Pizzoloruzzo* as Peter Bailey. Also joining the cast this year are Sara Thigpen*, Stacy Ayn Price, Michael Horowitz* and Evan Bass Ziesel. (* appears courtesy of Actors Equity Association)
