(11/06/2015) - Longtime partners and the creators of the hit musical RUTHLESS!, Marvin Laird and Joel Paley, were married in a private ceremony this past Sunday, November 1st. It was truly a family affair with two of the producers, Maxine Paul and Evan Sacks, standing up for the resplendent grooms as maid of honor and best man respectively. (Reports remain spotty on precisely who stood up for whom.) The initial announcement of the nuptials occurred at the July 13th opening night of RUTHLESS! when Paley proposed to Laird while making a celebratory toast at the post-performance party. Sunday's wedding was held at the beautiful home of the show's third producer, Ken Schur, and his lovely and charming wife Janet. Attendees included Bernadette Peters, Lynn Cohen and select A-listers from the RUTHLESS! company. Scroll down for photos!

(10/19/2015) - John Cullum attended opening night of Fracture Theatre Company's production of URINETOWN, the show for which he originated the role of Caldwell B. Cladwell, then had the theater named after him in ceremonies following the performance. Also in attendance were the show's composer, Mark Hollmann, book writer Greg Kotis ( they collaborated on the lyrics) and Jennifer Laura Thompson, the original Hope Cladwell. Cast gathered on stage as Cullum was presented with a plaque. (10/19/2015) - John Cullum attended opening night of Fracture Theatre Company's production of URINETOWN, the show for which he originated the role of Caldwell B. Cladwell, then had the theater named after him in ceremonies following the performance. Also in attendance were the show's composer, Mark Hollmann, book writer Greg Kotis ( they collaborated on the lyrics) and Jennifer Laura Thompson, the original Hope Cladwell. Cast gathered on stage as Cullum was presented with a plaque. (10/14/2015) - MSG Entertainment (MSGE) welcomed fans of the beloved holiday story, ELF THE MUSICAL, to discover their inner ELF with the biggest, stickiest and sweetest event in New York City earlier today, October 14. 15 pre-selected ELF fans joined Buddy the Elf, along with 95.5 PLJ on-air host John Foxx, at Madison Square Garden in Chase Square, to find Buddy's missing snow globe in a ten-foot bowl filled with 350 pounds of 'spaghetti' and all five of the ELF main food groups -- cookies, candy, candy canes, candy corns and maple syrup.
