UnsungMusicalsCo. (UMC) will present a one-night-only concert of Caesar's Wife featuring the world premiere of an original score written circa 1969 by Tony Award nominee Carolyn Leigh (Peter Pan, Little Me, Gatsby) and Grammy Award nominee Lee Pockriss (Gatsby, Ernest in Love). Conceived and directed by Ben West (The Fig Leaves Are Falling, At Home Abroad), this new behind-the-scenes look at the unfinished musical will play Peter Norton Symphony Space on Monday, November 18 at 7:30 PM.

The cast of 25 includes Pilin Anice (Junie B. Jones), Anastasia Barzee (White Christmas, Jekyll & Hyde), Obie Award winner Donna Bullock (Ragtime, A Class Act), Alicia Charles (West Side Story), Astaire Award nominee Rachel de Benedet (Catch Me if You Can), Drama Desk nominee Kevin Earley (Death Takes A Holiday, Secondhand Lions), Marjorie Failoni (9 to 5), Becky Gulsvig (Legally Blonde), Drama Desk nominee Garrett Long (South Pacific), Matt Lutz (Bonnie & Clyde), Sarah Kay Marchetti (Radio City Christmas Spectacular), Joseph Medeiros (Guys and Dolls), Lizz Picini, Drama Desk nominee Jenny Powers (Donnybrook!, ...It's Superman), Kirstin Tucker (Cinderella), Ryan VanDenBoom (Annie), Tiffany Westlie (At Home Abroad), Teal Wicks (Wicked, Jekyll & Hyde) and Michael Williams (Wicked). Caesar's Wife is a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the original, unfinished musical that told the real story behind the assassination. Blending live performances with audio clips of the songwriters' original demo recording as well as original author correspondence, production outlines and authors' notes, this world premiere concert of Caesar's Wife is a unique exploration inside the artistic process of two legendary authors!

UMC's special presentation will feature choreography by Richard J. Hinds (The Fig Leaves Are Falling, Broadway's Newsies associate director), musical direction and vocal & dance arrangements by Benet Braun (The Fig Leaves Are Falling, Unsung Jimmy Van Heusen), lighting design by Joe Hodge (Bless You All!, The Fig Leaves Are Falling) and sound design by Josh Liebert (Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike associate).
