Joey Calveri, David Elder & More to Star in TRIP OF LOVE Off-Broadway

Tickets are now on sale via Audience Rewards for TRIP OF LOVE, a new dance musical spectacle inspired by and set to the biggest hit songs of the 1960s. Created, directed and choreographed by James Walski, TRIP OF LOVE will open this fall at Stage 42, formerly The Little Shubert Theater (422 West 42nd St). TRIP OF LOVE begins previews on Saturday, September 26 2015, and officially opens on October 18, 2015. The exclusive Audience Rewards pre-sale begins today, July 23, and goes through Sunday, July 26. Tickets go on-sale to the general public on Monday, July 27, via Telecharge.com.

TRIP OF LOVE will star Joey Calveri (Broadway's Rock of Ages), David Elder (Broadway's Curtains), Kelly Felthous (Flashdance, Nat'l Tour), Dionne Figgins (Broadway's Motown), Austin Miller ("Grease: You're The One That I Want"), Katie Webber (Broadway's Honeymoon In Vegas), and Laurie Wells (Broadway's Mamma Mia!), with Yesenia Ayala, Colin Bradbury, Bo Broadwell, Kyle Brown, Whitney Cooper, Alexa De Barr, Daniel Lynn Evans, Lisa Finegold, Steve Geary, Daryl Getman, Jennifer Gruener, Brandon Leffler, Peter Nelson, Tara Palsha, Kristin Piro, and Nicky Venditti,

American pop culture is still pulsing with the psychedelic energy of the Sixties, an era of expression and revolution around the world. The music told the story then and it will again this fall as TRIP OF LOVEbrings the decade to life with over 25 of the biggest hits of the '60s, including "Blowin' In The Wind," "Born To Be Wild," "California Dreamin'," "I Saw Her Standing There," "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'," "White Rabbit," "You Don't Own Me" and many more.

TRIP OF LOVE is directed and choreographed by James Walski (Saturday Night Fever, Starlight Express) and features scenic design by Tony Award winner Robin Wagner (The Producers, Dreamgirls), and costume design by Tony Award winner Gregg Barnes (Aladdin, Kinky Boots). TRIP OF LOVE is produced by Makoto Deguchi (Blue Man Group: Tubes), and had its world premiere in April of 2008 at the Theatre Brava! in Osaka, Japan.

Tickets for the general public go on sale Monday, July 27 via Telecharge.com. Beginning September 26, the performance schedule is as follows: Tuesdays at 8pm, Wednesdays at 2pm and 8pm, Thursdays at 8pm, Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm. Beginning October 19, the performance schedule is as follows: Tuesdays at 7pm, Wednesdays at 2pm and 8pm, Thursdays at 8pm, Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm. Please note there is no 2pm performance on Saturday, September 26 and no 2pm performance on Wednesday, September 30.
