Nick Cave's music plays a central role in this performance. In the same way as the singer asks himself in his song lyrics how it is possible to live with painful memories, choreographer Stijn Celis allows seven colorful dancers move with a worry free expression and explore the potential of finding hope and consolation after traumatic oppleveser. Stijn Celis has previously. been a dancer in the ballet company and a number of other prestigious dance companies, before more and more work as a choreographer. He also holds in this field work with prominent companies in Europe. Ballet of the Grand Theatre de Genève. He has also. choreographed for Ballet Gulbenkian, ballet company, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, Nederlands Daanstheater II and a host of other opera and ballet companies.
