Gospel Himself at Kilden Teater- og Konserthus

Source Dialog takes along with the Agder Teater and Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra a century long tradition this Christmas: telling the Gospel himself with theater and music utilities. We'll recreate our culture's most well known history of singers, actors, figure theatre and musicians.
The stories are retold over the centuries in many languages and in many ways. The source's presentation of the Gospel himself we want to create a new tradition in our region, where the story is perceived as both near and new.
In medieval mystery and passion play was the very way that the vernacular tells visualized and communicated the Christian holy days. With the Bible as the textual basis are we going to make a journey through history, supported by the century's musical expression and tradition.
