the 17-year-old Charles holtsmark Ringstad is soloist in Bartóks bratsjkonsert. Charles was named the Eurovision Young Musician 2012 earlier this year when he won the European Broadcasting Union's soloist competition. Competition finals took place in the Town Hall Square in Vienna in front of over 40,000 tilskurere and millions of television viewers throughout Europe.
Beethoven's "fate Symphony" is as a bedrock of the classical symphonic tradition. It profoundly human message of victory through battle is perceived as relevant today as when Beethoven wrote Symphony in 1804-05.
