VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE - Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre Non Equity Auditions

Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre will hold auditions for AEA and non-union actors at the theatre located from 6pm – 8pm on Monday, May 19, 2014 for the Tony Award-winning comedy by Christopher Durang, VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE. Director Ron Gural is casting the following roles:

Vanya – Male, late 40s – 60s

Sonia – Female, late 40s – 60s

Masha – Female, late 40s – 60s

Spike – Male, 18-30, athletic build

Nina – Female, late teens – 20s

Cassandra – Female, 25 – 55, a “prophetess”

Auditioners should prepare a comic monologue no longer than two minutes. The theatre is located at 616 St. Peter St. on the corner of Chartres Street. Production dates are September 5-20, 2014, and all roles are paid For more information, call
