Casting actors, singers and dancers

Auditions will be broken into two groupings: 1) Elementary (starting at 8 years old) and Middle School aged children

2) High School, College and Older

Singing and Reading Auditions will be held: Sunday, October 4th from 11:00 am to 2 pm and 5:30-6:30 pm

Call back will be Sunday October 4th from 7pm – 10 pm

Group 1 Auditioners must bring recorded accompaniment, no accompanist will be provided and no a cappella singing is permitted.

Singing and Reading Auditions will be held: Friday, October 2nd from 5 pm -10 pm and Saturday, October 3rd from 2 pm – 6 pm.

Dance auditions will be held: Sunday, October 4th from 2:30 pm -5 pm

Call back will be Sunday October 4th from 7pm – 10 pm

SUBJECT LINE: Mary Poppins Auditions

Group 2 Auditioners should prepare 16 bars, please bring sheet music in your key, an accompanist will be provided. No recorded accompaniment or a cappella singing. Be prepared to do a cold reading from the script.

Rehearsals will start shortly after the show is cast. (Approximately 10-12 hours a week-Wednesday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings – rehearsals will initially be Saturday and Sunday afternoon until the run of our production of the Addams Family is completed).

Show opens January 8th and runs through January 17th for 8 performances over two weekends at William T. Dwyer High School's Theatre in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

ALL CONFLICTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AT THE AUDITIONS

Compensation (Flat Rate-Stipend) for actors college age and older. No housing provided.

Production participation fee required from actors in elementary and middle school. Some scholarships are available to those who meet the criteria.
