ABOUT THE PRODUCTION

Diva Airways: The Rise & Fall

A Three-Act Comedy-Drama

Welcome aboard Diva Airways, where the turbulence isn’t just in the skies!

At Harvey International Airport, outspoken and fiercely determined airline owner Miss Loretta Monroe is fighting to keep her beloved airline flying high.

But behind the polished image of Diva Airways, trouble is brewing.

With mounting financial pressures, increasingly chaotic workplace operations, complicated family relationships, and a ruthless rival airline threatening everything she has worked to build, Loretta and her eccentric team find themselves facing the ultimate challenge: saving Diva Airways before it is too late.

As professional loyalties are tested, personal secrets come to light, and unexpected betrayals threaten to bring the company crashing down, the employees of Diva Airways must decide just how far they are willing to go to protect the airline they call home.

Blending sharp comedy with compelling drama, Diva Airways: The Rise & Fall explores ambition, loyalty, family, sacrifice, and the sometimes unpredictable cost of success.

Filled with outrageous workplace mishaps, unforgettable personalities, emotional confrontations, and heartfelt moments, this original theatrical production promises an entertaining and moving journey.

Fasten your seatbelts. This airline is in for one unforgettable ride!

AVAILABLE ROLES

We are currently casting the following two supporting roles. Both positions are paid performance opportunities.

COLIN

Supporting Role | Paid

Character Description:

Colin is Alexa Winters’ brother, a caring and family-oriented young man who makes an unexpected visit to his sister while awaiting his flight to Las Vegas. Although his appearance may initially seem like an ordinary family visit, Colin brings an important emotional perspective to Alexa’s increasingly complicated life.

As tensions continue to build around Diva Airways, Colin reminds his sister of the importance of maintaining family connections, confronting unresolved feelings, and remembering what truly matters beyond the demands of work.

The performer portraying Colin should demonstrate strong emotional authenticity, natural conversational delivery, and the ability to balance lighthearted sibling interactions with sincere dramatic moments.

Role Requirements:

- Pronouns: He/Him

- Playing Age: 16+

- Ethnicity: Caucasian or Latino/Hispanic

- Performance Stipend: $800

TIFFANY BELMONT

Supporting Role | Paid

Character Description:

Tiffany Belmont is the personal assistant to Miss Brooks, the formidable owner of Diva Airways’ rival carrier, Backcountry Airlines. New to the airline industry and still learning the finer points of corporate professionalism, Tiffany has a remarkable talent for finding herself in situations she does not entirely understand.

Her questionable fashion choices, limited situational awareness, and frequently misplaced confidence make her an unpredictable presence in Miss Brooks’ already demanding professional world.

Despite her best intentions, Tiffany often finds herself caught in the middle of workplace confusion, awkward misunderstandings, and the increasingly outrageous schemes surrounding Backcountry Airlines.

Working for a powerful and intimidating airline executive is certainly no easy assignment, especially when your boss might just be the devil wearing green!

The performer portraying Tiffany should possess excellent comedic instincts, expressive physicality, strong improvisational abilities, and a willingness to embrace the character’s delightfully awkward personality.

Role Requirements:

- Pronouns: She/Her

- Playing Age: 28+

- Ethnicity: Open to all ethnicities

- Performance Stipend: $800
