ANDREW LIPPA'S 'THE WILD PARTY' - Majic Factory Non Equity Auditions

Casting The Wild Party. Queenie and Burrs were once the ‘it couple’: both beloved, magnetic performers with audiences fascinated by their relationship. But behind closed doors, things are not what they seem. Three years into their relationship, Queenie has had enough of Burrs’ abuse and control over her, so she convinces him to throw a last-minute party at which she aims to reveal his true colors and escape this tormenting cycle. The party is off to a roaring start, but when her frenemy brings along a handsome, mysterious guest to distract Queenie and take Burrs for herself, revenge, lust, and jealousy push the night to a tragic end.

Audition Information:

INITIAL AUDITIONS: Digital submissions only. Self-tapes are due by 8:00pm PT on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.

CALLBACKS: First round will be dance auditions on Friday, July 24th from 7-10pm. Second round will be Sunday, July 25th (most likely all day but you will not be called for the entire time).

REHEARSALS: 8/3-11/5 (Monday-Thursday 7-10PM, Saturday 1-5PM). The four leads will be called 3-5 times a week. Supporting will be called 3-4 times a week, and the ensemble will be called 3 times a week. Currently the full cast is called Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Please note this is subject to change.

TECH DATES: 11/7-11/12 (all day Saturday and Sunday and 7pm-11pm during the week)

SHOW DATES: 11/13-11/15 (Friday at 7pm, Saturday @ 5PM and 9PM and Sunday at 5PM and 9PM in Echo Park. These times might adjust slightly.)

Please note that if the show is profitable, the cast will be paid a stipend at the end of the run.
