The Adelphi Orchestra now in its 65th season of Music for All, presents A Young Person’s Concert under the baton of Guest Conductor Jason Tramm.
The Concert features Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, Op. 67 narrated by American Actor Geoffrey Cantor. Keila Wakao, Violin (Second Prizewinner of the Adelphi Orchestra Competition) will perform Saint-Saën’s Havanaise for Violin and Orchestra. The program opens with Rossini’s Overture to Barber of Seville and concludes with Leroy Andersons The Typewriter.
