The Great Romantics at River Dell Middle School Auditorium

The Adelphi Orchestra, now in its 65th season of Music for All, presents “The Great Romantics” on Friday, May 10th at 7:30 PM, River Dell Middle School Auditorium.

The orchestra will perform works by Rossini, Tchaikovsky, and Grieg under the baton of Conductor Richard Owen. The program will showcase Bryan Chen, Adelphi Orchestra Competition winner in Tchaikovsky: Variations on a Rococo Theme for Cello and Orchestra, Op. 33 and Pezzo capriccioso for Cello and Orchestra in B minor, Op. 62.
The concert will also include Rossini: Overture to La gazza ladra, (The Thieving Magpie)
and Grieg: Peer Gynt Suite no 1 & 2.
