Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Broadway Version) at CAST NJ

This July, a diverse collective of young South Jersey artists will bring a timeless fairy tale to life. Local youth theater organization CASTNJ has officially announced its upcoming summer production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s beloved musical, Cinderella. Running from July 9 through July 11, the show promises to enchant audiences of all ages with its classic themes of courage, kindness, and magical transformation.

Each summer, CASTNJ unites passionate young performers from various backgrounds across the region to collaborate on a full-scale musical production. This year’s choice of Cinderella highlights the vocal talent, choreography, and dedication of the area’s rising stars.

"Although this story is set in a fairy-tale kingdom, its heartbeat feels remarkably familiar and relevant to our world today,” writes Dr. Kay Wright, stage director. “We continue to wrestle with questions of justice, compassion, integrity, and whether every voice matters,"
