Saturday, September 9 at 8pm and Sunday, September 10 at 4pm – Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) presents 2022 Avery Fisher Career Grant winner Steven Banks performing Henri Tomasi’s Concerto for Alto Saxophone and Orchestra. Also on the program are Princeton-based composer Sarah Kirkland Snider’s Forward Into Light, inspired by women suffragists, and William Dawson’s Negro Folk Symphony. Rossen Milanov conducts.
