Happy Hour is a unique improv class that focuses on physically engaging games designed to spark laughter and reduce stress. Leading the class is Shereen Hickman, a former Cirque du Soleil performer known for her dynamic approach to movement and creativity. Participants will work in pairs and teams to unleash their physicality while playing fun, interactive games. The class runs on Monday evenings from September 9 through October 28 at Vivid Stage.
