UCPAC to Screen Classic Short Films, 2/7
By: Tyler Peterson
The Union County Performing Arts Center will present the classic films you loved as a kid as they were meant to be seen - on the big screen in a motion picture palace - when it holds a Festival of Olde Tyme Shorts on Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. at the UCPAC Mainstage.
Bring the whole family out to enjoy such classics as Popeye "In the Army Now," Betty Boop's "Rise to Fame," Woody Woodpecker in "Picnic Panic," the Three Stooges in "Disorder in the Court," and the Little Rascals in "Little Rascals Follies."
Tickets are only $10, so come out and enjoy an afternoon of fun films as you share your childhood memories with a new generation of fans. UCPAC's Mainstage is located at 1601 Irving Street in the heart of Rahway's Arts District and easily accessible to major roads and public transportation. To purchase tickets or for more information, call the box office at 732-499-8226 or visit the website at www.ucpac.org.
