The Eagle Theatre, located at 208 Vine Street in Hammonton, NJ, will continue its Main Stage season with Urinetown: The Musical, running from June 7 through June 29.

Urinetown, despite its low-brow title, is an incredibly smart and hilarious musical, parodying politics, social irresponsibility, and revolution, and even poking fun at such blockbuster musicals as Les Miserables and The Cradle Will Rock. A relatively recent musical, Urinetown opened on Broadway in late 2001, where it garnered critical acclaim (including three Tony Awards) during its nearly 1,000 performance run.

This production of Urinetown: The Musical features some of the finest acting and vocal talent in the Tri-State region, and is directed by Eagle Theatre co-artistic director Ed Corsi. Highly satirical, very entertaining, and always funny, Urinetown is sure to delight audiences throughout the region.

Urinetown: The Musical will run at the Eagle Theatre with at 8pm on June 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29; and 3pm on June 16 and 23. Tickets are $25 for General Admission, and $30 for Front Rows, and can be purchased at www.TheEagleTheatre.com. For more information, please contact the box office at (609) 704-5012.
