The Center for Life and Learning Celebrated their GRAND OPENING with Teaneck Mayor Mohammed Hameeduddin
The Center for Life and Learning (TCLL), a unique, alternative or complementary option to caring for children with special needs including learning differences, emotional distress, and social difficulties recently celebrated their grand opening with friends and members of the community.
Born out of a mother's desire to address the needs of her own child, Executive Director Renée Redding-Jones is proud to offer an innovative approach to special needs care that is convenient, collaborative, caring, and community-oriented. A Reiki Master/Teacher studying and practicing not only Reiki, but other forms of energy medicine as well, Renée is also a Certified Movement Analyst, a Destiny Life Coach, an accomplished award winning artist, teacher and advocate for parents and children with special needs.
TCLL clients may choose from a range of services available, including: Reiki, Brain Gym, Feldenkrais, Craniosacral Therapy, Music Therapy, Yoga for the Special Child, and Rapid Prompting Method, a technique developed by Soma Mukhopadhyay that supports low and non-verbal individuals. TCLL's instructors, all certified and/or licensed in their respective areas of expertise, offer an holistic approach aimed to address each client's needs in a supportive and stimulating environment. TCLL has an added convenience for families because it offers multiple services in one location, thus reducing the stress of looking for various providers. Additionally, recognizing the importance of taking care of the entire family, TCLL offers an array of While You Wait services, among which are Reiki and Restorative Yoga to diminish stress and promote healing.
