South Camden Theatre Company to Present EXPRESS TRACKS World Premiere
South Camden Theatre Company, a nonprofit professional theatre company located in Camden, New Jersey continues its ninth season titled "Everything's Relative" with the world premiere of EXPRESS TRACKS written by Joseph M. Paprzycki and directed by Lee Kiszonas. The cast includes Daniel Tobin, Damien Wallace, Michelle Pauls and Eric Carter and Mets Suber.
EXPRESS TRACKS is set on a commuter train traveling from Camden to Trenton. The heat and tension rise as the train stalls and the secrets and fears of the passengers are exposed. As their past is resurrected a mysterious young man makes an astonishing announcement; is he or is he not who he claims to be? The play asks the audience: Would you step over Christ to walk into church? EXPRESS TRACKS is unique as a New Jersey play set in the State, written by a native New Jersey playwright and will be performed on stage at Waterfront South Theatre in Camden, New Jersey.
Producing Artistic Director and Playwright Joseph M. Paprzycki states, "I wrote this EXPRESS TRACKS in the predawn heat and humidity of Puerto Vallarta based on characters I experienced on my own journey from Camden to Trenton the year prior. The sweaty, sultry environment of Mexico actually enhanced the heat and tension I wrote into the play."
