Photo Flash: First Look at THE WOMEN OF PADILLA at Two River Theater
Two River Theater (Artistic Director John Dias, Managing Director Michael Hurst) presents The Women of Padilla, a play by Tony Meneses, directed by Ken Rus Schmoll. The press opening is Friday, April 14 at 8pm. Performances will continue through Sunday, April 30 in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank, NJ. Linked by their marriages to eight brothers, eight very different sisters-in-law connect through the power of food, faith, laughter and each other while their husbands are away at war. The Women of Padilla features Karina Arroyave as Blanca; Helen Cespedes as Lucha; Jacqueline Correa as Mari; Daniella De Jesús as Fidela; Paloma Guzmán as Alejandra; Keren Lugo as Marta; Elizabeth Ramos as Cristina; and Jeanine Serralles as Carmen.

The creative team for The Women of Padilla includes scenic designer Arnulfo Maldonado, costume designer Oana Botez, lighting designer Yuki Nakase, and sound designer Jane Shaw. The puppet designer is James Ortiz, the puppet director is Will Gallacher, and the casting is by Heidi Griffiths & Kate Murray. The production stage manager is Alison Hassman.
