Ocean Professional Theatre Presents SINGIN' IN THE RAIN Through July 19
Ocean Professional Theatre Company presents Singin' In the Rain, running July 10th through July 19th and starring Colin Cahill, Guy Mannick, Gabi Stapula and Hilary Werthmann. The show plays the Bengal Auditorium, 180 Bengal Blvd. Barnegat NJ, 2 pm, July 10, 13 16 and 17th and 8 pm July 10, 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19th.
Directed and Choreographed by Paula Hammons Sloan whose work was recently seen in Ring of Fire, Laguna Playhouse and ElDorado Resort, Reno,; Buddy Holly- the Buddy Holly Musical Fall 2013 National Tour, and 2014 Sweet Charity National Tour. Resident Choreographer of Galveston Island Musicals for over 40 productions she has also directed and choreographed numerous National Tours including Titanic, Miracle on 34th Street, Music Man, Cabaret, Bye Bye Birdie, Little Women among others. Her work has been seen at Kansas City Starlight (Producers, Anything Goes) and Houston's TUTs (Urban Cowboy, Disney's When You Wish, 110 in the Shade, Wonderful Life) the Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade and Houston Symphony. She has Directed and Choreographed numerous productions of 42nd Street including those at the Broadway Series, Atlantic City, Plan B Productions, LA; Tropicana, Atlantic City among others and Jekyll and Hyde and Hairspray for Jersey Shore Entertainment.
Colin Cahill as Don Lockwood joins the cast having recently finishing a run of Damn Yankees at Goodspeed Musicals in Connecticut and appearing as a Production Cast Principle on Norwegian Gem. Mr. Cahill was recently seen in the Holiday Production of OPTC.
Gabi Stapula as Kathy Selden is a dancer/singer from Virginia currently enrolled in the Pace Commercial Dance program of Pace University NYC and founding member of iMpulse dance company in Washington DC.
Guy Mannick as Cosmo Brown recently appeared in the National Tour of Sweet Charity.
Hilary Werthmann as Lina LaMont was recently seen in the Singapore Tours of My Fair Lady, Kiss Me Kate and Jerry Springer the Musical.
Scenic Design P& G Designs, Costume Design by Shannon Kennedy, Musical Direction by Jonathan Marro. Also featuring Lily Davis as Girl in the Green Dress and rounding out the cast Brianna Bennett, Ian Connor, Dom Giovanni, Madeline Chandler, Madeline Corliss, Christopher Hansell, Melissa Mangold, Megan Peterson, Romain Rachline, Jake Sokoloff,, Peter Surace, Jacob Vacanti , Stephen Rotundo, David Discenza, Kelly Gleason, Brianna D'Elia, Mia Soleil Spallina.
