DIALOGUE ON DRAMA
Sunday, March 15
McCarter Theatre Center - Matthews Stage
3:45 - 4:45p.m. (immediately following the 2:00 p.m. matinee performance of Baskerville)
This post-show event is free and open to the public.
Creator of Broadway favorites Lend Me a Tenor and Crazy For You, Mr. Ludwig will reflect on his life and work in the American theater as a celebrated writer of farce. Ken will also talk about what drew him to the character of Sherlock Holmes in general and The Hound of the Baskervilles specifically; his approach to adapting Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's novel for the stage; and about the joys and challenges of mounting a world premiere.
This Dialogue on Drama discussion will take place on the Matthews Stage immediately following the 2pm performance on Sunday, March 15. We encourage you to attend this illuminating event, regardless of when you plan to see Ken Ludwig's Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery.
