East Lynne Theater Company Presents Cheese School
Ever wonder what cheese goes best with what cracker? How different cheeses are made and aged?
On Monday, December 5 from 7:00 to 9:00p.m., all will be revealed at the Cape May Winery and Vineyard, located at 711 Townbank Rd., North Cape May. The presentation, "Cheese School," is given by Steve White, owner of the Seaside Cheese Company in West Cape May. There will be no samplings of wines, but guests may purchase wine by the glass to have with the cheese samplings. After attending the "Cheese School," there will be a tour of the winery.
Ticket price for this intriguing and tasty event is only $28 if prepaid. Checks may be sent to East Lynne Theater Company's office at 121 Fourth Ave., West Cape May, NJ 08204. If paying at the door, the price is $32. Reservations are strongly recommended and may be made by contacting ELTC at 609-884-5898 or through the website at www.eastlynnetheater.org. All proceeds go to the nonprofit ELTC to help with its educational outreach and mainstage season, and the company is very appreciative to Steve White and his Seaside Cheese Company, and the Cape May Winery and Vineyard for supporting this event.
Meanwhile, ELTC's final show of the season, "Christmas Presents from the Past," runs from November 25 - December 10 at The First Presbyterian Church, 500 Hughes St., Cape May.
