Cabaret Theatre Presents: The Directors’ Showcase: Showdown

Cabaret Theatre has announced its second show of the season: The Directors' Showcase!

The Directors' Showcase provides an opportunity for first-time and growing directors to tackle plays between 10-20 minutes in length. Since its conception, the Directors' Showcase has provided opportunities to members of the Rutgers community interested in taking up both directing and performing. The showcase embodies Cabaret's mission to provide the Rutgers community with both quality entertainment and a forum to both learn about and explore theatre.

Railing it Uptown by Shirley Lauro
Directed by Courtney King
Featuring: Sherese Reed and Adaugo Anusionwu

Nina in the Morning by Christopher Durang
Directed by Justine Mujica
Featuring: Jordan Gochman, Lauren Sagnella, Allie Kroeper and Nolan Maher

Next Door Down by John Petrick
Directed by Emily Petrick
Featuring: Jaclyn Spoleti and Boris Van Der Ree

The show will run the second weekend of November with performances on November 11th at 8pm and November 12th at 2pm and 8pm.

Tickets are available for a suggested donation of $5.

Cabaret Theatre is located on 7 Suydam St (on the corner of Suydam and Nichol) on Rutgers' Douglass Campus.
