2017 Northeast Film Festival Award Winners Announced ImageThe 2017 Northeast Film Festival awards gala, red carpet event was presented this weekend in Teaneck Cinemas. NEFF, one of New Jersey's acclaimed film festivals, awarded filmmakers, actors, writers and producers throughout the United States and internationally, in varies genres. Past years have included both Oscar and Emmy winners and nominees, with a selection of those films becoming eligible for Oscar consideration.

Award hosts, both past and present, include comedian Mary Dimino (Scared Skinny), Vinnie Pastore (Sopranos), David Harris (The Warriors), Fatima Ptacek (voice of Dora the Explorer), and Larry Rosen (After the Outbreak).

The 2017 Northeast Film Festival winners are as follows;
