Back by popular demand! The Ogunquit Playhouse production of Irving Berlin’s classic White Christmas will return to The Music Hall in Portsmouth just in time for the holidays. Based on the beloved, timeless film, this heartwarming musical adaptation features seventeen Irving Berlin songs and book by David Ives and Paul Blake. The musical focuses on WWII Veterans Bob Wallace and Phil Davis who have a successful song-and-dance act. With romance in mind, they follow two beautiful singing sisters to their Christmas show at a Vermont lodge, which just happens to be owned by Bob and Phil's former army commander. The dazzling score features well known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” “How Deep Is the Ocean” and the perennial favorite, “White Christmas.” This show sold out in 2015 – get your tickets early!
