COH presents: Local Artist Showcase
The Claremont Opera House is excited and proud to showcase three extremely talented singers, songwriters and entertainers from the Upper Valley and Mascoma Valley regions of New Hampshire.
FEATURING:
Brooks Hubbard
Brooks Hubbard is a national touring independent artist from the mountains of rural New England. Since the age of three, his connection with music has led him on a path of continuous growth, both as an artist and human being. From writing songs about the Iraq war at age fifteen to recording with members of Jackson Browne & James Taylors’ bands, countless house shows and concert venues, to opening for artists like KT Tunstall, Robert Cray, Reckless Kelly, Matt Mays, and Stephen Kellogg.
Clint Pecor
Clint Pecor is a talented musician from Charlestown, NH. At an early age he began playing guitar, starting the band Dethavesk with his friends. Clint continued his pursuit of music while exploring new genres with the band "Don't Cross the Streams" and "Tripod", A tribute to Alice In Chains. More recently, Clint has made a name for himself as an energetic, versatile, solo entertainer with comedic talent, performing everything from classic rock to main stream pop.
Jesse Hughes
A graduate of Stevens High School in Claremont, NH, Jesse left town and traveled throughout the west before eventually landing in Nashville to pursue a career in music. In 2014, he shifted his focus to songwriting, and along the way shifted genres to a more Indie American or Alternative Country. His newest album 'Rollin Days', displays Hughes’ musical talents, as he recorded all instruments and vocals himself. He states that one song on the album has stood out as a “fan favorite”, a track about his dad, former Claremont resident Raymond Hughes, entitled ‘Wonder Where You Are’. His music can be found on all major music platforms under the band name Waiting Til Three.
