Shriner Clowns To Volunteer At PUDDLES PITY PARTY, Today ImageNumerous New Hampshire Shriner Clowns will be part of the Capitol Center of the Arts Ensemble Volunteer corps on Saturday, November 17 for the Puddles Pity Party performance. The Shriner Clowns will also be passing out a $1 off coupon for the group's annual FEZtival of Trees, to be held at the Bektash Shriner Center, 189 Pembroke Rd, Concord, NH later this month. While they will not be appearing in their clown costumes, they'll be easily identifiable by a special name badge.

The Shriners volunteer their time during the year, mostly in parades. The Shriners' focus is to raise money for three area Shriners Hospitals for Children in Boston, MA; Springfield, MA; and Montreal, PQ. Children suffering from burns, orthopedic, cleft lip or palette are eligible to receive care at no cost to them or their parents. The Shriners organization also has a fund to help with transportation costs to get a family to one of their twenty-two hospitals across North America.

"We are thankful for the work of our volunteer corps and couldn't operate the Capitol Center without them," says Nicolette Clarke, Executive Director of the Capitol Center for the Arts. "We appreciate that the NH Shriners Clowns will help us make the Puddles Pity Party show possible and we're pleased that we can help them further their mission as well."

With more than 351,000 fans on Facebook and more than 457,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel, Puddles Pity Party has toured extensively in the U.S. and internationally. You may have seen him last year as a contestant on America's Got Talent.

Tickets for the November 17 Puddles Pity Party performance may be ordered by calling the Capitol Center for the Arts at (603) 225-1111 or online at www.ccanh.com. Tickets may also obtained at the CCA's box office at 44 South Main St., Concord, NH, which is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11AM to 6PM. The box office is also open Saturdays from 11AM to 2PM.
