CATS Plays The Palace Theatre, 10/30-11/14
The Palace Theatre in downtown Manchester, NH will continue its 2009-2010 Citizens Bank Performing Arts Series with the Broadway musical CATS, opening October 30th at 7:30pm. The show will run through November 14th.
Auditions for CATS were held in New York City at NOLA Studios. Nearly 200 actors and actresses auditioned before Carl Rajotte and the Palace Theatre
Artistic staff. A new face in the crowd that caught Mr. Rajotte's eye was Saki Masuda of Nara, Japan. "We are so pleased to have Saki at the Palace! She
has the rare ability to combine grace with phenomenal strength in her dancing and is sure to mesmerize the audience with her talent!", said Rajotte.
Ms. Masuda has studying dance in Japan since she was five years old, and recently has been studying in New York City. Masuda can be seen in CATS as
Victoria.
Tickets can be purchased by calling the Palace Theatre Box Office at 603-668-5588 or online at www.palacetheatre.org. Tickets range from $45-$15, depending on seating. Group rates are available as well as discounts for seniors and children.
