New London Barn Playhouse presents All Shook Up, inspired by and featuring the music of Elvis Presley, with book by Joe DiPietro, and running August 9 - 20.

Shakespeare's Twelfth Night has seen countless adaptations on both stage and screen, but when paired with the iconic music of Elvis Presley this classic story comes to life in a fresh, exciting way. Featuring songs like "Jailhouse Rock" and "Heartbreak Hotel," All Shook Up has been thrilling audiences around the world since it premiered on Broadway in 2005. This is musical comedy at its finest: mistaken identities, lovesick teenagers, tyrannical adults, and your favorite hits from Rock 'n' Roll's greatest heartthrob.

All Shook Up stars 2017 Acting Intern Company members Joseph Allen as Dennis, Julia Bain as Natalie, Nick Case as Dean, and Dori Waymer as Lorraine. They are joined by Guest Artists Brian Krinsky* (Nat'l Tours: Anything Goes, Beauty and the Beast) as Chad, Briana Gantsweg (Nat'l Tours: A Christmas Story: The Musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder (upcoming)) as Miss Sandra, and Nichole Turner* (Nat'l Tour and B'way: The Book of Mormon) as Sylvia.

Helming the project is Director DJ Salisbury+, whose work has been seen at Paper Mill Playhouse, Ogunquit Playhouse, and Musical Theatre West. Music Director Robbie Cowan returns to the Barn after music directing the 2015's The Sound of Music and last season's Crazy For You.

Additional casting includes Barn favorites Sara Schoch* as Mayor Matilda Hyde, Marc Willis as Jim Haller, and Chris Jacobs as Sheriff Earl, and Elliott Cunningham in the Ensemble. They are joined by 2017 Acting Intern Company members Julia Hemp, Dalton Bertolone, Nadina Hassan, Kailey Boyle, Elana Valastro, Liza Couser, Robert Cueva, Elijah Dawson, Zack Collins, Peter Garza and Jacob Roberts-Miller.

All Shook Up runs for two weeks, Wednesday through Sunday (August 9-13) and Tuesday through Sunday (August 15-20). Evening performances are at 7:30 Tuesday through Saturday and 5:00 pm on Sunday. Wednesday matinees are at 2:00 pm, with an additional Friday matinee on August 18. Tickets range from $19.50-$40.00, with Student Rush tickets available for $18.00.
