Flutist Eline van Esch takes a look behind the scenes of the court located in Potsdam Sanssouci, the residence of Frederick II of Prussia (1712-1786), or Frederick the great. This King of Prussia wanted to occasionally escape his busy life to devote himself to the arts, philosophy and science. With music by c.p.e. Bach, J.J.Quantz and Frederick himself, who was an accomplished flute player.
