Gewapend met plateaulaarzen en een flinke dosis girlpower veroverden de Spice Girls in de jaren negentig de wereld. Met hun debuutsingle ‘Wannabe’ scoorden ze zelfs een internationale nummer 1-hit. Optreden doet de bestverkopende meidengroep ever vrijwel nooit meer, maar dankzij Totally Spice zijn ze toch een beetje terug.
Vijf professionele zangeressen kruipen in de huid van Ginger, Scary, Baby, Sporty en Posh en zetten een show neer waarin het ene hoogtepunt op het andere volgt. Dus leef je uit en zing mee met onder andere ‘Stop’, ‘Spice Up Your Life’ en natuurlijk ‘Wannabe’. Dichter bij the real thing kom je niet!
