De Graaf & Cornelissen Entertainment maakt vandaag bekend de musical Saturday NightFever, die in januari 2021 in première zou gaan, te moeten cancelen.Artistiek directeur Hans Cornelissen: "Dit is helaas de zoveelste moeilijke en voor alle medewerkers betreurenswaardige beslissing die Ruud de Graaf en ik moeten nemen. Al afgelopen april besloten we onze grote producties Titanic en The Rocky Horror Show te verplaatsen naar het najaar van 2021. De huidige stand van zaken rond het COVID-19 virus maakt het op ieder vlak ondenkbaar al in januari zo'n grote reizende theaterproductie uit te brengen. Inmiddels zijn we als bedrijf wel weer actief met vernieuwde versies van 'Adèle Conny Jasperina - De Grote Drie' en 'Haal het doek maar op' die nu beiden met succes langs de theaters reizen.
Ook beginnen dit weekend de High Tea Musical Sessions in Sofitel Hotel The Grand en ontwikkelen we op dit moment twee nieuwe kleinere producties voor de periode vanaf januari 2021."
