Trish Crist, the award-winning playwright of What, follows up to that critically acclaimed play with Who, presented by Rhubarb Theater Company November 4-12 at Darkhorse Theater.

"The fast-moving collection of stories are all set in Nashville and the play is a smart sequel to What, which was named Best Original Play of 2009 by the Nashville Scene," Crist explains.

Like What, Who is a series of (related and unrelated) vignettes that pay homage (comically and dramatically) to the word "who" through the context of a Nashville coffee shop, a mental health facility and a tiny planet imagined by Theodore Geisel.

Now approaching the 10th year in its commitment to staging provocative theater, Rhubarb continues to give audiences plenty to laugh, think, and talk about in the theater and on the way home, Crist contends.

Who is written and directed by Crist, the company's artistic director, and the cast features some of Nashville's best-known actors in the cast of four: Melissa Bedinger Hade, Robyn Berg, Chaz Howard and Bob Roberts.

All tickets are $12. Reservations and information at (615) 397-7820 or rhubarbnashville@gmail.com.

All performances are at The Darkhorse Theater, 4610 Charlotte Avenue in Nashville, opening Friday November 4 and running through Saturday, November 12. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shows at 7:30 p.m., Sunday matinee on November 6 at 2:30 p.m. No performance Monday or Tuesday evenings.
