Street Theatre's ClassAct Dramatics will present THE LEGEND OF ROBIN HOOD by Jeremy Sony, today, November 14th through the 22nd with performances Fridays at 7pm and Saturdays at 2pm and 7pm.
This script is the second play by Jeremy Sony written specifically for Street Theatre's youth program. Last year, Jeremy was selected as the winner of the Playhouse Nashville playwright contest and wrote the very popular ICHABOD: MISSING IN SLEEPY HOLLOW. Sony's tale of Robin Hood turns the story on its ear with surprising twists and turns, and of course, sword fights! THE LEGEND OF ROBIN HOOD is co-directed by Elaina McKnight Shaver and Aaron Shaver and stars over 30 area young people from ages 7 to 18, featuring Lucas Hames making his STC debut as Robin Hood.
