After a stint on Broadway in The Illusionists, the world's #1 magic show that shattered box office records during its 2014/2015 run, Adam Trent is now one of the most in-demand illusionists working today. The Folsom Lake Community Concert Association, FLCCA, is bringing him to the Harris Center for two shows on Sunday, May 28, at 2:00 and 7:00 pm. One of the original Broadway stars of The Illusionists, Trent has emerged to present a headline illusion show with a scale and mass appeal not seen since the touring days of David Copperfield. According to The New York Times, "Seeing is Disbelieving".

Along with his Broadway credentials, Trent has racked up a number of TV credits with appearances on Ellen, The Today Show, Good Morning America, America's Got Talent, SyFy, and many others. In addition to his TV appearances and staggering schedule of over 300 live shows each year, Trent has a vast history of philanthropic work that has earned him a place among U.S. News & World Report Magazine's "10 Most Influential Youths in America". Returning to his roots as a solo headliner, Trent performance is part magic, part concert, and part stand-up comedy, perfect for the entire family! The Folsom Lake Community Concert Association was formed in 1994 to bring affordable concerts to the citizens of Folsom and El Dorado Hills and Foster the appreciation of music. In addition to moving to Three Stages/Harris Center in 2011, the Folsom Lake Community Concert Association began a scholarship program that same year which has since awarded fourteen $1000 and two $2,000 scholarships, to graduating high school seniors with a 3.5 GPA who are planning to major in Theatrical Arts in a college or university. In addition to the scholarship program, FLCCA brings professional musicians to schools, nursing homes, and dementia care homes in the area.
