Celebrate Summer and Big Band Music in Nashville

Bring your lawn chairs and toe-tapping shoes to South Jackson Civic Center on Thursday, July 13, for "A Midsummer Night's Swing Ice Cream Social."
The event begins at 7:30 p.m.; a swing dance class will be offered at 7:00 p.m. The South Jackson Street Band will present its big band music from the 1940s to the present. Locally made gelato (Italian ice cream) will be provided by LegaCy Creamery. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the event.
