Ray Chen returns to Montréal, presenting the lilting romance of Violin Concerto by Sibelius, a piece he performed with the OSM in 2012, during his debuts with the Orchestra. Yan Pascal Tortelier conducts the OSM in Rachmaninoff’s moving interpretation of Symphony no. 2 and Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki conducts one of his own works. An exceptional event!
