Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) is truly European contemporary dance at its finest. Innovative choreography, unique staging and athletic, technical dancers make NDT an inspiration to many of today's most noted and celebrated modern choreographers and dance companies. For their special, two-night engagement in Los Angeles, the company will perform THE SECOND PERSON, choreographed by Crystal Pite, blending humor and improvisation leading to a breathtaking and surprising final scene. Also on the program is NDT resident choreographers Paul Lightfoot and Sol León's SILENT SCREEN set to the abstract and profoundly emotional music of Philip Glass.

tanzmainz Comes to Danse Danse This Month
January 04, 2024tanzmainz, the German Staatstheater Mainz's contemporary dance company, makes its Montreal debut at Danse Danse with Soul Chain, a new work by Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar, also presented here for the first time. Presented January 23 to 27, 2024 at Théâtre Maisonneuve of the Place des Arts.
Kidd Pivot Returns to Danse Danse With ASSEMBLY HALL
November 07, 2023Following the success of Revisor (2019) and Betroffenheit (2018), Kidd Pivot–the company of acclaimed choreographer Crystal Pite–returns to Danse Danse with the highly anticipated Assembly Hall. Crystal Pite's new dance-theater creation will be presented from November 29 to December 2, 2023 at Place des Arts's Théâtre Maisonneuve.
