IMPRACTICAL JOKERS Return to the State Theatre Tonight

The all new live show features The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe -- Sal Vulcano, Joe Gatto, James "Murr" Murray and Brian "Q" Quinn -- in an evening filled with a mix of stand-up comedy, never-before-seen hidden camera videos, stories and insight.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 28 and may be purchased in person at the State Theatre Box Office, online at HennepinTheatreTrust.org, by calling 1.800.982.2787 or by visiting a Ticketmaster Center.

Joe, James, Brian, and Sal, as they're affectionately known by fans, are the creators, executive producers, writers and stars of truTV's hit TV show, "Impractical Jokers," viewed by more than 60 million people. The four jokesters met in Staten Island, New York, in 1999 during their freshman year of high school and perfected their pranking skills. Starting out as an improvisational and sketch comedy troupe, they catapulted to internet stardom in the mid-2000s with their ridiculous original sketches and videos. Their online success turned the right heads and resulted in their television debut on "Impractical Jokers" in 2011.

"Impractical Jokers" premiered to critical acclaim and quickly became the one of the network's biggest hits, drawing comparisons to likeminded reality shows "Candid Camera" and "Jackass." At the show's heart is The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe, responsible for the hilarious and oftentimes unexpected situations that make the show such an improv goldmine. The hysterical series follows the quartet as they dare one another to perform ridiculous tasks and capture their adventures on a hidden camera, along with the public's amused and flabbergasted reactions.

The Where's Larry Tour is recommended for audiences ages 16 and over, parental discretion advised.
