Bremer Bank to Sponsor Ordway's Next Two Musical Theater Seasons

By:

Ordway Center for the Performing Arts is excited to announce that Bremer Bank has signed on to be the sponsor of the Ordway's 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 Musical Theater Series. The announcement of this multi-year partnership follows shortly after the announcement of Bremer Bank's sponsorship of the Ordway's upcoming holiday show, The Sound of Music.

Based in Saint Paul, Bremer Financial Corporation provides a comprehensive range of banking, wealth management, investment, trust and insurance products and services throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin. The company, which is jointly owned by the Otto Bremer Foundation and Bremer employees, is well known for its commitment to strengthening local communities.

"We are thrilled to have Bremer Bank as a partner for not one, but two upcoming musical theater series. Their devotion to supporting the arts is something that they have shown time and time again, so having them as a partner as we look to the future is very exciting," said Patricia A. Mitchell, Ordway president and CEO. "Bremer Bank is a wonderful corporate citizen-not only in St. Paul, but throughout the entire region-and we're lucky to have them as part of our community."

"Giving back to and supporting our community is an integral part of our mission, so the decision to partner with the Ordway was a natural fit," said Jeanne Crain, Bremer Bank group president. "The Ordway is a St. Paul institution dedicated to bringing the very best of the performing arts to the Twin Cities and the region. Their diverse programming and ongoing commitment to student education and community outreach programs provide broad access to high quality performances in our communities."

Sponsorships for individual productions in the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 Musical Theater Series are still available. Interested organizations should contact Ryan Heinritz, Ordway's corporate relations manager, at 651-282-3059.
