Kimberly Akimbo is a musical by Jeanine Tesori and David Lindsay-Abaire about Kimberly, a bright New Jersey teenager navigating family dysfunction, a first crush, and a rare genetic condition that causes her to age at four times the normal rate. The New York Times calls it a profoundly funny and heartbreaking new musical. Forced to confront her own mortality and possible felony charges, Kimberly remains a hilarious optimist determined to find happiness.
