Theatre in the Round Players (TRP) presents Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury in weekend performances January 8 through 31.

Ray Bradbury's acclaimed masterwork is set in a chilling future, where Guy Montag works as a fireman. But in this world, the government has banned books and firemen start fires - burning books and the houses where they're found. To Guy it's just a job, and he goes home every night to his wife Mildred who, like everyone else, lives in front of the TV. Then he meets Clarisse, a peculiar young woman whose curiosity leads him to questions of his own - and onto a dangerous path.

Linda S. Paulsen directs the 17-member cast featuring Bill Williamson as Montag, Dani Pazurek as Clarisse, and Rod Kleiss as Beatty. Sets are designed by Dietrich Poppen, costumes by Jenna Rose Graupmann, with lighting by Mark Kieffer.

An audience discussion with members of the company will follow the matinee performance on Sunday, January 24.

Tickets are $22. For information, call the theatre's box office at 612-333-3010 or visit its website at www.TheatreintheRound.org.
