The Dio - Dining and Entertainment is thrilled to announce the return of their original musical, Home for the Holidays! Conceived and written by Dio owners Steve DeBruyne and Matthew G. Tomich, the production made its premiere in 2012, and received rave reviews from audiences and critics alike. The production returns for a third year this Christmas season!

When the cast of Home for the Holidays gathers for their Christmas Eve performance, Stage Manager, Nick and his wife expect a smooth evening of seasonal fun. What they get is a leading lady who has locked herself in her dressing room, her understudy who isn't quite up to the job, and a leading man whose holiday spirit is closer to that of the Grinch than Kris Kringle. This original musical takes you backstage with the cast, as Nick tries to reinstate their faith in the holidays with a lot of Christmas spirit and a touch of magic. The whole family will love this salute to family and friends, and good old fashioned, holiday joy! Featuring over 20 of your favorite holiday tunes, you're guaranteed to leave the theatre singing the praises of being "home for the holidays"!

Performances of Home for the Holidays take place at The Dio, 177 E. Main, Pinckney MI, 48169, November 28 through December 31. All tickets include our dinner buffet, non-alcoholic beverages, dessert, and the show! The menu will feature Chef Jarod's boneless fried chicken, a Dio favorite!

Tickets for all performances may be purchased by visiting www.diotheatre.com or by calling (517) 672-6009.
